In 1531, near Mexico City a vision of the Holy Virgin Mary appeared to a poor Indian named Juan Diego giving him her message of love and compassion. She then imprinted an image of herself on his clothing, which miraculously has survived over 450 years without any signs of decay. Today she is known as the Patroness of the Americas and the Protectress of the Unborn. This 8-1/2" tall, hard plastic statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe glows in the dark and comes in our illustrated box
